The growth of culinary tourism has become an important phenomenon in the tourism industry, offering not only dining experiences but also cultural, social, and educational values for visitors. The increasing popularity of coffee shops in tourist destinations has created opportunities for their development as culinary tourism attractions. Nyoman’s Coffee, located in Tibubeneng Village, North Kuta District, Badung Regency, is one of the local businesses with such potential. This study aims to analyze the potential, development, and implications of Nyoman’s Coffee as a culinary tourism destination. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review. The findings reveal that Nyoman’s Coffee possesses strong culinary tourism potential supported by the 6A tourism components, namely attraction, accessibility, amenities, ancillary services, activities, and available packages. Based on the Tourism Area Life Cycle (TALC) analysis, Nyoman’s Coffee is currently in the consolidation stage, characterized by increasing visitor numbers, sales growth, and operational stability. Its development also generates positive implications for environmental sustainability, socio-cultural interactions, local economic improvement, and the preservation of Hindu religious values. These findings indicatethat Nyoman’s Coffee has significant opportunities to develop as a sustainable and competitive culinary tourism destination.
