One area with promising tourism resources is Bongkasa Village in Abiansemal District, Badung Regency, Bali. Despite its potential, many of its attractions remain underutilized and receive limited exposure. This study was conducted to explore the tourism assets of Bongkasa Village, assess the internal and external factors influencing their development, and formulate suitable development strategies. A qualitative descriptive method was employed through direct observation, interviews with relevant stakeholders, and document review. Data analysis was carried out using IFAS, EFAS, the IE Matrix, and SWOT analysis. The findings show that the village possesses a combination of nature-based and community-based attractions, including river recreation, rural landscapes, cycling activities, accommodation facilities, local culinary experiences, cultural heritage, and traditional community life. Opportunities for development are supported by the variety of attractions and community involvement, while infrastructure limitations, accessibility issues, human resource capacity, and insufficient promotion remain challenges. Strategic analysis indicates that Bongkasa Village is in a favorable growth position, suggesting the implementation of strategies that capitalize on existing strengths to seize available opportunities. Accordingly, tourism development should focus on integrated tourism products, expanded digital marketing, infrastructure enhancement, and community empowerment
